St. Joseph School has a standardized dress policy for all elementary and middle school students. A standardized dress policy encourages students to express their individuality through personality and academic achievements, not outward appearances.
Please refer to your letter and dress policy which was mailed to you June 10, 2010 – changes to the dress policy include:
- Sweat, athletic, or flannel pants or shorts may not be worn
- Shirts and pants may not have any writing, characters or decals of any type except for a small logo (no larger than a credit card)
I know this will be an adjustment for many. We will work through this together. Please note: St. Joe Pridewear may be worn anytime. Students are required to wear nice clothes when they attend they all-school Mass on Thursdays.
